Magnet Customer was founded to solve the unique challenges that investment offices face every day: demanding clients, complex portfolios, specific regulations, and the need to scale relationships without losing personalization.
From the start, we chose to build a robust multi-tenant architecture, with total data isolation per office, hosted on AWS infrastructure in Brazil. Today we serve more than 100 offices and help manage over R$200 billion in assets under monitoring.
